Please note that due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our bridal gowns, these items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and safely pack them in the original Grace Loves Lace signature packaging.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
