What is the lead time for a Made-to-Order dress?
Our Made-to-Order gowns typically require 6 to 12 months for production. This allows our artisans to handcraft your dress to your specific size category and height. For brides with a shorter timeframe, we offer a selection of 'Ready-to-Wear' gowns that can be shipped immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 4-7 business days once dispatched from our Australian studio.
Can I return my dress if it is not right for me?
Made-to-Order gowns are handcrafted specifically for you and are non-refundable. Ready-to-Wear items, accessories, and shoes can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
What undergarments should I wear with my Grace Loves Lace gown?
Most of our gowns are designed to be worn without a bra or with discreet stick-on cups. We recommend seamless, skin-toned underwear to ensure a smooth finish under our signature European laces and silks.
Are your laces sustainable?
We are committed to ethical manufacturing. Many of our gowns utilize GRS-certified recycled lace, and all our garments are produced in our own studio to ensure fair labor practices and minimal waste.
